Current limitations:

Battery behavior is simulated — no battery telemetry exists in PI for RMI/JSWB
JSWB is load-only (PVI telemetry is corrupted/dead)
PV generation may be reconstructed from net meter deltas if direct solar ingest is unavailable
Tariff rates are proxy SMUD CI-TOD schedules, not the actual UC Davis custom tariff
